Privacy notice

This website uses a lean contact form and, with your consent, Microsoft Clarity to improve navigation, display and request paths. External fonts, maps, videos and social plugins are not embedded.

Website access

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary server data such as IP address, access time, requested file, transferred data volume, browser/system information and referrer where required for delivery, security and stability.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is secure and stable website operation.

Email, phone, WhatsApp or form contact

If you contact us, your information is processed to answer the request and follow-up questions. The contact form sends name, email address, optional phone number, location/region, selected service and message to us by email. The website does not store this information in a database.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the request. If you use the WhatsApp link, an external service opens; no WhatsApp plugin is embedded in this website.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity analytics are enabled only when you choose “Allow analytics” in the notice. Clarity is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and helps us understand how visitors use the website, for example through page views, clicks, scroll behavior, heatmaps and session recordings with sensitive content masked.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. After consent, Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies and transfer data to Microsoft. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Cookies and external services

  • Microsoft Clarity is used for analytics only after consent.
  • No external fonts, maps, videos or social plugins are loaded.
  • The language switch does not store personal data.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR requirements, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
